Request for Proposals - Conference Emcee for NTCSA Annual Conference

The National Tribal Child Support Association (NTCSA) is seeking proposals from experienced and engaging individuals to serve as the emcee for our annual training conference. The emcee plays a key role in creating a seamless, informative, and engaging experience for conference attendees. Interested individuals should review the full Request for Proposal (RFP)  document linked below for detailed requirements and submission instructions.

2026 Annual Training Conference

Join us for the National Tribal Child Support Association Annual Training Conference! 
This event provides an opportunity to engage with other professionals and learn
about the most recent initiatives in tribal child support enforcement from dynamic presenters.

Conference Details

Registration for the 25th Annual Training Conference is open! We look forward to welcoming you to Anchorage, Alaska, where conference activities will be held at the William A. Egan Civic & Convention Center and the Hilton Anchorage.

2026 – 2028 Board Nominations will be accepted beginning July 21, 2026

A completed Nomination Form must be submitted no sooner than the open date and no later than the close date. To be an eligible nominee, you must have an active Individual Membership with the NTCSA in good standing with all dues paid.

Candidates running for the NTCSA Board of Directors are encouraged to be present at the Board Meeting held in conjunction with the NTCSA Annual Conference.

Members of the NTCSA Board of Directors shall serve a two (2) year term following the Annual Meeting in which they were voted into service.

NTCSA Board Elections

Board Elections for the 2025-2027 term were held during the 24th Annual Training Conference.

If you are a voting NTCSA Member and wish to have a proxy for your vote, please complete the NTCSA Voting Proxy Form and follow the instructions as listed to have the vote accurately cast.

The next NTCSA General Membership Meeting will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM, during the Annual Training Conference in the Arteaga Room of the Egan Convention Center, Anchorage, AK.

Annual Fundraiser

Each year, the NTCSA hosts a fundraiser during the NTCSA Training Conference that benefits a local non-profit organization that assists Native American children, youth and families. All proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to the beneficiary.
