Mission Statement

NTCSA is a non-profit organization that partners with tribal, state and federal professionals to enhance the lives of Indian children, strengthen families and protect tribal sovereignty through communication, training and public awareness.

Guiding Principles

Throughout our course of business we strive to maintain the highest level of integrity and rely on these principles to guide us:

• Does it enhance the lives of children?
• Does it protect tribal sovereignty?
• Is it consistent with our Goals?
• Does it promote NTCSA’s mission?
• Is it within NTCSA’s policies?
• Is it legal and ethical?
• Can we take pride in it?

Goals

• Empower tribes to develop and operate tribal child support programs;
• Increase awareness of resources that support tribal programs and tribal families;
• Strengthen and expand tribal child support networking opportunities;
• Provide training, technical assistance, mentoring and support to tribal child support entities (TCSE’s).
